02Information we collect
Information you give us
When you sign up for our list, we collect the name, email address and mobile phone number you enter, along with a record of the consent you gave: the date and time, the wording of the consent you agreed to, and the page you submitted it from. We keep that record so we can demonstrate that you asked to hear from us.
If you email us, we receive your message and whatever contact details you include.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the site you came from. This is used to keep the site running, secure and performing well.
Embedded video
Our aftermovie is hosted on YouTube and plays through an embedded player. When it loads, YouTube may set cookies and collect data under its own policies, which we do not control. See Google's Privacy Policy.
03How we use your information
- To send you event announcements, ticket drops, lineup news and offers you asked to receive.
- To answer your questions and provide customer support.
- To operate, secure and improve this website.
- To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, including proof of messaging consent.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
04Text messages
We do not share your mobile number or your SMS opt-in information with any third party for their own marketing purposes, and we do not sell this information.
Where this policy describes sharing information with service providers, that sharing excludes mobile numbers and SMS consent data, which are shared only with the messaging platform that delivers our texts on our behalf and strictly for that purpose.
Joining our text list is always optional and is never a condition of buying a ticket or of anything else we offer. You can leave at any time by replying STOP to any message, or get help by replying HELP. Full messaging terms are in our Terms & Conditions.
05When we share information
We share personal information only in these situations:
- Service providers. Companies that run things on our behalf, such as our website host, email platform and SMS platform. They may only use the information to provide that service to us.
- Legal reasons. Where we are required to by law, or to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim, or to protect the safety of our guests, staff or property.
- Business transfer. If our business is sold or reorganized, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
06How long we keep it
We keep your contact details for as long as you stay on our list, and for a reasonable period afterwards to honour your unsubscribe request and to keep proof of consent as carrier and legal rules require. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
07Your choices and rights
You may, at any time:
- Unsubscribe from texts by replying STOP, or from emails using the unsubscribe link.
- Ask what personal information we hold about you and request a copy.
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong or out of date.
- Ask us to delete your information, subject to any records we must keep by law.
- Withdraw your consent to marketing at any time.

09Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Our evening programming is 18+ and may carry its own age requirements. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and material changes will be posted on this page.
